Training Rules:

Due to our insurance regulations, we are no longer able to train your dog/puppy unless you are an SDA club member.  We do allow you two visits in which to observe our training methods; however participation is not allowed until you are a club member.   We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we welcome you to join our organization.

Our Current Membership dues are 350.00 per family and 300.00 for an individual.  Please fill out the application and give it and your membership dues to Sherle Thompson, our club secretary.

 

Training Times:

We currently meet on Friday.  We will occasionally have special training sessions throughout the week.

Saturday	2:00 p.m.	5:00 p.m.	Angie and Bryan Young's Field on Miller Road in Soddy Daisy	Puppy training -- building drive and socialization.  Instructions on how to get your puppy's attention, how to teach sit, down, and heel. Beginning & Advanced Obedience followed by agility and protection training. Instruction on getting the best out of your dog no matter what direction you are going with your training!

We have begun incorporating agility work in with the obedience training!!

Training Locations:  

I have attached directions to the SDA Chattanooga Chapter's training locations.  Click on each training location for detailed directions: 

•  Sequoyah K9 Academy - is our primary indoor training facility at 222 Sequoyah Road.  It is directly next door to Tractor Supply and Sequoyah Animal Hospital. 
•  Brian and Angie Young's field in Soddy Daisy -- Our main Outdoor facility at 10205 Miller Road just off the Sequoyah Road exit off Hwy 27.  (Directions To Training Class)
•  PDX (Play Dog Excellent) -  on Dayton Blvd occasionally thru the winter months  

 Please check the website for upcoming changes or cancellations of training sessions within 24 hours of the training session.
